Ocean Eleven is a Cape Cod, Colonial style luxury guest house, situated on the famous cliffs of Hermanus. The picturesque mountains beyond gently embrace the phenomenal, all encompassing vista of Walker Bay. In keeping with the utter elegance of Colonial architecture, the Ocean Eleven main house was built with high ceilings, tall windows and teak floors, all features - and thus the grace and style - have been retained to this day.
Ocean Eleven Luxury Guest House boasts ten beautifully appointed rooms made up of three standard, five deluxe and two suites, each with an all-embracing sea view over Walker Bay.
The main house of Ocean Eleven was built with all the high ceilings, tall windows and teak floors that made colonial architecture so utterly elegant. All these features and thus the grace and style have been retained to this day.
Ocean Eleven boasts beautifully appointed rooms that have an all-embracing sea view over Walker Bay. Luxuries include 100% cotton percale linen, tea & coffee trays, mini-bars, heated towel rails, fans as well as heating which will all ensure a comfortable stay at Ocean Eleven.
STANDARD ROOMS
The three standard rooms are situated on the ground floors of the Guesthouse. Two of these are in the old house and have the original high ceilings and windows opening out into the garden. The third is adjacent to the swimming pool with French doors opening out onto the deck.

DELUXE ROOMS
There is a wide selection of deluxe rooms. Three of them are situated at the swimming pool. There is one room on the ground level and the other two upstairs. The fourth room has a separate entrance and it own private balcony overlooking the sea. Finally, the fifth Deluxe room, situated in the old house, with the original floors, a walk in dressing room and French doors opening out into the garden. All have a bath and shower en-suite.
SUITES
Both Suites are situated Loft-style in the old roof of the house and are spacious, air-conditioned and have en suite bathrooms that contain a bath and shower and private balconies.
The first room is the Honeymoon Suite for newlyweds, while the second includes a sleeper couch that can accommodate a third person for Bed & Breakfast at an additional fee. (See rates).
THE APARTMENT
The apartment, situated downstairs, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living area that has French doors opening onto a patio, as well as into a private enclosed garden.
The main bedroom has king size bed, walk in closet, shower only en suite bathroom and French doors opening into the private garden. The second bedroom has twin ¾ beds (there are regrettably no sea views from the bedrooms). The second bathroom has bath and shower and is separate, not en suite.
The all-embracing sea view can be enjoyed from the living area, as well as from the patio. Perfect accommodation for families and/or long stays.
