You may be interested in one of these itineraries, but rememer, we specialize in tailor made travel - and based on your specific interests, requirements and budget - we will design your perfect holiday to Africa.

Once you have made initial contact with African Welcome Safaris, based on the information you have provided us, we will send you an e-mail to clarify, ask for some more detail and if you have provided us with a contact phone number, we may also contact you directly.

QUOTATION & DRAFT ITINERARY

This is the exciting part !  We now have all the information that we require in order to put together a detailed and inspiring itinerary and quotation for your potential trip to Africa.

Our team are passionate about our country, and give you as much detail as possible, including day to day activities , hotel and accommodation descriptions and often suggestions you have not thought of. 

Costs based on the draft itinerary are included, together with a detailed list of exactly what is included in the cost and what it is not included.

You now have a chance to study the suggested itinerary, you will no doubt have some questions or perhaps require some changes made.

This is what we are here for  !  Our intial quotations are a starting point, and once you have contacted us again with possible queries and adjustments you need made - this is the opportunity to deal with all the finer points for your holiday. 

Communication with our consultants is important.  If the intial quotation is over your budget, or whether you need to shorten or lengthen the program - let us know.  We are committed to working together with you, and knowing that you are 100 % happy with the suggested itinerary.

At this point, you will indicate to us whether you are interested to continue working with us on your holiday plans. 

BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY

You have decided to go ahead with the booking.  At this point, we will require all travellers names, and will provisionally book accommodation for your required dates.

At this point, we will forward you a Pro Forma Invoice, with the deposit requirements / payment policy and all other necessary information.

Deposits and payments may be made by direct bank deposit, or credit card - and yes, we accept all major credit cards !

During the entire booking process, we keep in touch with you - giving you peace of mind that we are dedicated to your holiday.

Dependant on the time of year you have booked your travel - we generally require full and final payment at least 45 days prior to arrival date in Africa.

African Welcome Safaris prepares a full travel pack for your holiday, which you will receive on arrival in Africa.   Copies of all essential documentation, such as vouchers, airtickets and contact details for all venues are also sent via e-mail prior to your departure.

You will have one dedicated consultant dealing with your booking from the time of your initial enquiry and during the entire course of your holiday to Africa.
