Depart Johannesburg in the early hours of Sunday morning (check-in on Saturday evening) on Kenya Airways flight to Nairobi. On arrival you will be met and transferred to the domestic airport (Wilson airport) for your onward scheduled charter flight to the Masai Mara. You will bewelcomed at the airstrip by your safari guide and driven to Siana Intrepids Camp. After a short briefing by the camp manager, lunch is served. Enjoy a late afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight at Siana Intrepids.
Siana Intrepids Camp is situated in the south eastern corner of the Masai Mara, outside the national park. This shady, tranquil, 72 bedded tented camp recaptures the spirits of Kenya’s early pioneers. It has a swimming pool fringed by acacia trees, an oasis for cooling down between game drives on hot days in the bush. Enormous trees provide shade for all the tents in this exclusive camp – each with an en-suite bathroom, lighting, mosquito netting and traditional Kenyan furnishings. Delicious pan-African cuisine is served in the dining area and bush dinners are held in a clearing under the ‘big sky’ of the Masai Mara. Two daytime game drives per day are included in the package price. Bush walks, night drives and hot air ballooning are also available at an extra cost. The acclaimed Adventurers’ Club at Siana Intrepids will introduce your children to a host of unusual species in the safety of the camp grounds, including the alternative ‘small five’ of leopard tortoise, elephant shrew, buffalo weaver, lion ant and rhinoceros beetle. Our qualifiedteam of naturalists are assisted by a highly trained children’s animator, who is responsible for the care and wellbeing of younger Adventurers. The Adventurers’ Club is dedicated to providing a lasting natural education for teenagers and school groups allowing the adults to enjoy their holiday too!

Morning transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi. From Wilson Airport you will be taken to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward connection to Mombasa on Kenya Airways. Transfer to the Pinewood Village Beach Resort. Spend 4 nights here on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Pinewood Village Beach Resort is situated on the quiet and deserted shores of Galu Beach, 40 km south of Mombasa and 8 km from Diani. At Pinewood you will stay in one of the 38 spacious en suite rooms located on the first floor. Each of these upstairs bedrooms has a covered balcony, airconditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito nets. 1,2, or 3 bedroomed suites (with your own private chef, living/dining area, kitchen and spacious private covered veranda) are also available at an extra charge. In-house facilities include a swimming pool, snack bar, restaurant, watersports centre, TV lounge, library and a beauty salon. Free of charge activities include tennis, squash, table tennis, kayaking and windsurfing. Package prices are based standard rooms with meals taken in the restaurant.
