Governors Camp

Governors’ Camp maintains an authentic safari atmosphere with all guest facilities under canvas, including luxurious ensuite bathrooms. Set on a site reserved exclusively for the Colonial Governors of Kenya, Governors’ Camp was the first luxury tented safari camp to be established in Africa. It is set in the heart of the best game viewing area of the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve, on the banks of the Mara River. Apart from viewing the Wildebeest migration the birding is also excellent.
