Shampole Lodge

Shompole Lodge is an eco-community lodge in Southern Kenya (between Amboseli & Mara). It is on a group ranch, therefore great game and no other vehicles or tourists. We therefore do a lot of walking, canoeing and night drives, all of which you will be unable to do in game parks or reserves.

The lodge itself is stunning! It consists of 8 tented rooms: 4 doubles, 2 twins and 2 exclusive suites. Each room has a pool and informal sitting areas, a bathroom with a view and a specially designed tent with a high-canopied roof. With privacy, comfort and relaxation in mind, each room is spacious, chic and open overlooking the Great Rift Valley.

We also have the exclusive suites, known as Little Shompole, they are more spacious; have total privacy, exclusive use of vehicles, butler service, mini-bar, private dining facilities, a private swimming pool etc. The Maasai contribute their skills to ensure a high standard of service in the lodge.
