Londolozi, meaning "Protector of all living things", has a rich heritage with roots as far back as 1926. It has been owned by the same family for over 70 years and is world famous for its Leopard sightings.

Londolozi's Bateleur Camp has magnificent views over the Sand River. Four rondavels dating back to the original Sparta Hunting camp are a special feature of the camp. One has been turned into a traditional bedroom and the others are now a museum, a well stocked wine cellar and an Internet centre. Bateleur Camp also offers a swimming pool and a curio shop / gallery.

Bateleur Camp was built, steep in tradition and history, on the site of the original hunting camp, with world class rangers and Shangaan trackers, in tribute to the early beginnings of Londolozi.

The focal point of each bathroom is its enormous bath with its picturesque view of the surrounding bush. Two suites have a private sala. Bateleur Camp is ultimate in exclusivity yet retaining an ambience of African simplicity, warmth and heartfelt hospitality.

Sabi Sands Game Reserve borders the Kruger National Park, where Londolozi is known for its far-sighted methods of bush clearing. Londolozi Bateleur Camp boasts an area of over 17,000 hectares of prime game viewing land.
