Ndarakwai Camp

a permanent tented lodge on Ndarakwai Ranch, West Kilimanjaro, near the Londorossi Gate. With views of both Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru the camp is nestled in a lush forest of towering fig, podo, and yellow-barked acacias that line the seasonal Ngare Nairobi River. Facilities include 10 spacious tents with thatched roofs, en suite bathrooms with safari-style showers, and a large separate dining area. Guests can relax in camp during the day, or take in the variety of wildlife and cultural activities that are on offer. Ndarakwai Ranch is over 10 000 acres in size and the options are many – guided full or half day walks, and day and night game drives. You can also visit local Massai villages or go for half or full day horse rides (advance booking required for horse rides).
