Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge (Tahi)
Listed by UNESCO as a world heritage site, the incomparable Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest ‘caldera’. Dominated by cliffs standing some 600 metres high and presenting a sheer drop down to a wide open space of some 264 sq km, the crater is one of the most amazing sights of wildlife to be seen anywhere. The same fabulous view awaits visitors from the lodge’s scenic terrace and 75 rooms. At 2 286 m above sea level, the lodge offers a restaurant, bar and guestrooms fitted with bathroom and central heating. Electricity is supplied by generator which is switched off from midday to 17h00.
