Ras Kutani
lying on an undeveloped Indian Ocean beach, a 4 km crescent of white sand and gentle surf, cooled by trade winds, surrounded by a tropical forest home to vervets, baboons and a small troop of colobus monkeys, set adjacent to a freshwater lagoon. Ras Kutani is the perfect hideaway in which to relax after an exciting safari and just unwind for a few days. For those who prefer a more active stay there are facilities for sailing, windsurfing, snorkelling and fishing. Accommodation is in spacious cottages constructed from local materials. Each cottage, with its large verandah, has its own shower and toilet. All have a view of the ocean. Exotic menus are based on the abundantly-available fish and crustacea.
