Giraffe Springs is located within a private area of the Hwange National Park. It is situated in a secluded area overlooking one of the park's large waterholes, which remains wet for most of the year.

The camp accommodates 20 guests in 10 luxury tents, including a honeymoon suite. All tents have a shower, toilet and basin en-suite, and each tent has its own private viewing platform. The tents are large and airy with wonderful windows, allowing you to lie in bed and watch the passing animal parade during the quieter siesta hours. The main living area is thatched, and consists of a lounge, dining room, bar, reception area, curio shop and a small library.

There is a viewing platform containing a swimming pool in front of the main lodge area. Hwange is big game country, and Elephant, Lion, Leopard, and Buffalo are regulars at Giraffe Springs. Activities centre round morning and afternoon game drives in open Land Rovers, and morning and afternoon game walks.
