Khatshana Tree Lodge
Hwange National Park - Accommodation
On the eastern fringes of the Kalahari Desert, open grasslands, teak forests and woodland form a mosaic
of wildlife habitats. Set within a grove of Msasa trees, Khatshana Tree Lodge invites twelve special guests
to experience this exquisite wilderness. Six comfortable tree lodges look out across a waterhole giving
guests the chance to view wildlife from their own balconies.
An open plan central lounge/bar provides a congenial meeting place before dinner served beneath the starry
canopy of Africa's night sky. The area around Khatshana is home to an abundance of wildlife and the lodge waterhole
is regularly visited by elephant, buffalo, lion, zebra, giraffe and a host of other species. In open four-wheeled
drive vehicles under the care of licenses rangers, guests can explore the private wildlife reserve within which
Khatshana is situated, as well as the adjacent Hwange National Park. Within the endless expanse of surrounding
wilderness, Khatshana Tree Lodge is a secluded paradise offering its guests the perfect blend of style, luxury and adventure.
